“PROPERTY PERFECT” Carries on the Partnership with “SUMITOMO FORESTRY” to Develop Low-rise Project

Property Perfect Public Company Limited by Mr. Chainid Adhayanasakul, Chief Executive Officer, signed a cooperation agreement with Mr. Masami Kitahashi, Chief Executive Officer, Sumitomo Forestry (Singapore) Ltd., to jointly develop Lake Forestry, a middle-end single detached house project under Japan’s standards on New Ratchapruek Road on a land plot sized 322 rai with unit price of 5 Million Baht on average which is scheduled to open in 2020 with a development period between 2020-2027.

Lake Forestry has sales value of around 6 Billion Baht. It is in product development process to match with the potential location for a new residence on New Ratchapruek Road which can be accessed by both New Ratchapruek Road and Western Outer Ring Road. It is regarded as the first low-rise project under the partnership between Property Perfect Group and Sumitomo Forestry, following Hyde Heritage Thonglor, a 45-storey condo project on Sukhumvit Road near Thong Lo BTS Station with unit prices starting from 10.9 Million Baht and a riverside condo project on Charoen Nakhon Road, a new landmark of the Chao Phraya River which will be launched this year.
