Property Perfect-Hongkong Land project wins 2 PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2022

     “Lake Legend Bangna-Suvarnabhumi", a joint development project of Property Perfect and Hongkong Land, has been named the winners of two categories at the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2022 - Best Waterfront Housing Development and Best Luxury Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok)

     The Best Waterfront Housing Development Award affirms the two leading property developers' success in creating a luxury housing estate along a lake of 100 rai. Its design concept was the magnificent lakeside villas built on the banks of Italy’s beautiful Lake Como that boasts scenic lakeviews. Meanwhile, the Best Luxury Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok) Award reflects the developers’ extensive experience in developing luxury properties across Asia that culminate into two unique design concepts - Lakeside Villa and Garden Villa. The project's highlight is the 3-storey lakeside villa by the lake that features unique contoured landscape with modern Italian architectural concept. Pushing it above standards are the popular construction technique applied for airports using helical piles, often used in the United States and Europe. The awards give recognition to the project’s outstanding characteristics.
