Horkankathai Road
In partnership with SC Asset Corporation, Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited.,
Sansiri Public Co., Ltd, the first-ever joint gigantic urban development is a gem of this area.
The alliance releases 3,000 single houses and unveils a new road Horkankathai (Thai Chamber of Commerce) in the Chaiyapruek-Chaengwattana area. The major 400- million-baht recently-launched construction links Chaiyapruek street and Saphan Nonthaburi-Bang Bua Thong bridge (highway no. 345). Built on a land of 80 rai, the 4-kilometer lane shortens roads between Rama IV bridge and Chaengwattana road which leads to the downtown Bangkok. Horkankathai widens transport network on the western bank of Chao Phraya River especially the area near the Rama IV bridge. It not only serves our residents, but also acts as a shortcut for the general public in gaining more convenience and quickening time on the road.
Horkankathai passes important areas such as a plot of land of the University of Thai Chamber of Commerce (located on a 215 rai of land), an international school (50 rai of land). There are more facility projects to be available soon in this locality. Concerning online life, the project is supported by broadband fiber internet provider AIS, the first and only operator of its kind in Thailand, so as to offer super-fast internet at the project which is ready to use. We aim to open a new chapter on digital life and leverage housing experience under the theme of Digital Village and widen the horizon of internet surfers amid the current digital landscape.
